JOB DESCRIPTION Lead and coordinate the automotive paint sales team, ensuring achievement of sales targets, acquisition of new customers, and professional development of sales representatives under your supervision. RESPONSIBILITIES * Achieve and exceed the sales targets established by the company. * Lead, train, and motivate the sales team, promoting a high-performance culture. * Identify business opportunities and develop new sales channels. * Expand the customer portfolio through prospecting activities, commercial visits, and after-sales follow-up. * Build strong and sustainable business relationships with current and potential customers. * Coordinate with other internal departments (marketing, logistics, administration) to ensure efficient sales management. * Analyze performance indicators and prepare periodic reports for management. * Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to strengthen brand presence and generate new contacts. QUALIFICATIONS * Tertiary or university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in similar roles, preferably in the automotive, paint, or industrial products industries. * Technical knowledge of automotive paint products (desirable). * Experience leading sales teams. * Proactive profile, results-oriented, with strong negotiation skills. * Availability to travel domestically and occasionally internationally. * Valid driver's license.
