Senior / Semi-Senior Cost and Budget Engineer Zielteck S.A. is currently looking for a Senior / Semi-Senior Cost and Budget Analyst to join a major industrial-sector company. This is a key position within the area responsible for economic analysis and control of production processes, aimed at analyzing, estimating, and controlling costs associated with industrial operations, ensuring accurate budget preparation and optimization of production resources. The selected candidate will work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Planning departments, contributing to continuous improvement in the estimation of timelines, resources, and cost structures for industrial processes. Responsibilities Analyze and develop cost structures related to industrial processes. Perform estimates of productive time and calculate resources required for process execution. Analyze raw material costs and their impact on overall cost structure. Prepare budgets and economic estimates for projects or production processes. Analyze variances between estimated and actual costs. Prepare cost reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Finance departments in the economic evaluation of processes. Participate in improving cost estimation and control methodologies and tools. · Requirements Experience in cost and budget analysis within industrial environments. (Mandatory) Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Knowledge of industrial processes. (Mandatory) Intermediate level of English language proficiency. Minimum three years of professional experience in roles aligned with the required profile. Experience in calculating and estimating productive time. Knowledge of raw material costs and cost structures. Proficiency in information analysis and management tools. Analytical, methodical, and detail-oriented profile. Ability to work with multiple variables and cost scenarios.
