Position Summary: We are seeking a Functional and Process Analyst for a veterinary laboratory, focused on continuous improvement, digitalization, and optimization of processes, acting as a liaison between departments and users. Ensure information quality and availability for management Capital Humano is looking for a Functional and Process Analyst to join a leading veterinary laboratory What will be your challenge? Drive process improvement, digitalization, and automation initiatives across the organization Gather, analyze, and document processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and optimization Act as a liaison between business areas, systems, and technology vendors Implement and optimize digital tools and information solutions Ensure information quality, consistency, and availability for management Support users in adopting new processes and tools Work location: Vicente López Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (in-person, with 1 hour remote per week) What are we looking for? Students or graduates in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields +3 years of experience in similar roles ERP proficiency (mandatory) Intermediate/advanced English Knowledge of BI tools (reporting and management dashboards) Experience in process automation and digitalization Autonomous, dynamic profile with excellent interpersonal skills and strategic vision What does the company offer?
