The Facilities Supervisor will be responsible for leading all site Facilities operations in Argentina, ensuring safe, reliable, efficient, and compliant operations aligned with corporate and regulatory standards. This position will provide technical leadership in maintenance, engineering, contractor management, infrastructure projects, and critical building systems, collaborating closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, EHS, and the LATAM regional team. Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial or related field). * Minimum 7 years of experience in Facilities, Maintenance, or Engineering. * Experience leading technical teams or contractors. * Experience in regulated environments (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or Life Sciences industries preferred). * Advanced conversational English. * Leadership and decision-making skills. * Effective communication and stakeholder management. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Continuous improvement and customer orientation. * Autonomy, accountability, and sense of ownership. Languages **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in GMP environments. * Knowledge of BMS and CMMS. * Project management experience. * Knowledge of HVAC and critical utilities. * Experience in CAPEX planning and asset management. * Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or PPI. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead daily Facilities operations to ensure availability of infrastructure and critical services. * Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. * Ensure reliable operation of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, UPS, generators, and other critical utilities. * Develop strategies to improve infrastructure reliability. * Lead infrastructure projects from planning through execution. * Support facility modifications required by business growth and regulatory requirements. * Coordinate activities related to facility qualification and validation. * Manage technical documentation, drawings, and procedures. * Manage vendors and contractors, ensuring adherence to Thermo Fisher standards. * Manage performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs). * Supervise contractor safety in collaboration with EHS. * Participate in technical evaluation and selection of vendors. * Financial and Project Management. * Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and corporate requirements. * Support internal, external, and regulatory audits and inspections. * Participate in investigations, CAPAs, and change controls related to Facilities. * Work with EHS to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. * Promote a strong safety culture. * Support emergency response programs. * Lead PPI and Lean initiatives. * Develop KPIs and Visual Management tools.
