Work in microservices and cloud environments **Java Tech Lead – Spring / Microservices / AWS (Hybrid, CABA) \| Ref. 166682** CABA \| Hybrid (40% on-site), Accenture Project Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 **Mission** Technically lead the development team within one of the largest banks in the region, working from within Accenture to design, architect, and implement high-impact Java solutions in a microservices and cloud environment. **Responsibilities** * Technically lead the development team: guidance, mentoring, and team management * Design and implement software solutions, APIs, middleware, and integrations * Apply design patterns, integration patterns, and microservices principles (Twelve\-Factor\-App, asynchrony) * Ensure TDD and DDD practices across the entire development lifecycle * Work with Microfrontends and Single SPA architectures * Collaborate in agile methodologies and participate in high-level technical decisions **Mandatory Requirements** * Minimum 5 years of experience in software design, development, and implementation * Proven experience in technical team leadership and management * In-depth knowledge of application development, APIs, middleware, and databases * 5\+ years applying TDD (Test Driven Development) and DDD (Domain Driven Design) * Proficiency in design and integration patterns * Experience with Microservices, Microfrontends, Single SPA, and Twelve\-Factor\-App * Technology stack: Java, Kotlin, Spring Framework, Oracle, Redis, MongoDB, REST (JSON/XML/YAML), Swagger, GIT, OpenShift, AWS, Dynatrace, Kibana * Experience with agile development methodologies **Selection Process** Recruiting screen → Technical interview → Client interview → Offer **Benefits** Collaborative environment and high-impact projects in thriving industries Connectivity bonus ️ Gym reimbursement PedidosYa credit ️ Statutory vacation days Health insurance: Swiss Medical or OSDE
