Job Summary: We are seeking a Software Architect to lead technical definition, ensure quality, and manage the full lifecycle of software solutions in an innovative environment. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Software Architect** to join an important technology client specializing in custom technology solutions: mobile applications, digital marketing, data analysis, infrastructure, and management applications, under an employment relationship. **Hybrid work model (3 days remote, 2 days onsite) \| Offices located in Microcentro** **Monday to Friday \| 9 AM to 6 PM** **Job Responsibilities:** * **Technical Definition**: Responsible for defining, designing, and establishing technical standards (platforms, tools, and programming) for development projects. * **Quality Assurance**: Make decisions to ensure system performance, flexibility, maintainability, robustness, and reusability. * **Full Lifecycle Management**: Execute, implement, maintain, and improve developed software solutions. * **Cloud Management**: Design cloud architectures, calculate service costs, and estimate development timelines. * **Leadership and Communication**: Manage projects, communicate progress to management, and facilitate communication among development teams and stakeholders. **Requirements:** **Academic Qualifications** * University degree in Computer Science or related fields. **Experience** * Minimum 5 years of software development experience. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a **Software Architect**. * Experience managing and leading technology projects. **Technical Knowledge** * Software architectures: **microservices and hexagonal architecture**. * Programming paradigms, design patterns, and system design. * Programming languages: **Node.js** (mandatory), Python and PHP (desirable). * **SQL and NoSQL** databases. * Experience with **cloud architectures**, preferably AWS. * Knowledge of **functional analysis**. * Experience working with **agile methodologies**. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of product development methodologies (e.g., Lean). * Experience implementing **data-oriented systems**. * Knowledge of **Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning**. **Competencies** * Strong client relationship management skills. * Functional analysis capability. * Good requirement interpretation skills. * Planning and organizational skills. * Teamwork. **Offer Includes:** \* Hybrid work model. \* Health insurance coverage (Swiss Medical). \* Competitive salary package. \* Salary adjustments aligned with market conditions.
