Cloud Software Architect (SR) – Azure / Kubernetes / IaC (Hybrid\- San Isidro) Argentina \| Hybrid Full\-time **About the Role** We are looking for a Solutions Architect with a strong cloud orientation to define, design, and evolve software architectures on Microsoft Azure. This is a strategic role: you will build the technical foundation for the company’s Backend and Artificial Intelligence solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, observable, and maintainable in high-demand production environments. You will work within agile teams, influencing technical decisions and elevating platform and product quality, with active involvement in AI/ML initiatives. **Your Responsibilities** * Design, maintain, and evolve software architectures on Azure, considering scalability, security, and cost-efficiency * Define architectural and implementation guidelines, standards, and best practices * Provide technical support to development teams in configuration, deployment, and adoption of cloud patterns * Participate in technical/functional analysis and effort estimation * Document architecture, technical decisions, manuals, and implementation guides * Collaborate in resolving infrastructure, integration, and production deployment issues * Participate in AI initiatives and integrate ML/AI capabilities into existing products * Facilitate communication between technical and functional disciplines in agile environments **What We’re Looking For** * Proven experience in cloud architecture on **Microsoft Azure** (design and production operations) * Practical knowledge of key services: AKS, App Service, Azure Functions, Storage, SQL/Managed DB, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Event Hub, Key Vault, Azure AD * Experience with **IaC** (Terraform, ARM, or Bicep) and **CI/CD** pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions) * Experience with containers and orchestration (**Docker, Kubernetes/AKS**) * Development background (Python preferred) and ability to review code and architecture * Experience mentoring and guiding technical teams in agile environments * Strong communication, documentation, and technical decision-making skills **Nice-to-Have** * Azure certifications: AZ\-104, AZ\-305, AZ\-900 / Azure AI\-900 or equivalent * Experience in AI solution architecture and model deployment (MLOps) * Cloud security, networking, and private connectivity: NSG, Private Endpoints, VNet peering * Observability strategies, UAT, stress testing, and production rollout * Experience in high-demand environments and performance/cost optimization **Work Model** * Hybrid arrangement **Benefits** * Health insurance plan * Connectivity allowance * Personalized career path, training, and certifications * Birthday leave day * Welcome kit * Discounts on education (Siglo 21 and Coderhouse) * Partnerships with Unilever, Tienda Molinos, and other companies **How to Apply** * If this sounds like you, apply here! * If not, share it with your colleagues!
