Job Description: **Job Description** ========================== We are currently looking for a Project Manager / Project Management Analyst to join the team of one of our clients. We are targeting profiles with experience in end-to-end project management, initiative coordination, and operational monitoring, along with strong organizational capability and business orientation. Important: We are not seeking candidates exclusively focused on IT project management or software development, but rather individuals with experience in project offices, cross-functional coordination, and process management. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Coordinate and monitor various organizational projects and initiatives. * Support planning, execution, and control of tasks, deadlines, and deliverables. * Monitor project progress and identify potential deviations. * Coordinate follow-up meetings with various involved departments. * Gather requirements and collaborate with internal stakeholders to define priorities. * Prepare status reports, KPIs, and tracking documentation. * Promote orderly and collaborative management across different departments. **Requirements** -------------- * Prior experience in project management and monitoring, PMO or project office. * Organized, methodical profile with planning capability. * Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple departments. * Experience working with reporting, task tracking, and KPIs. * Experience in healthcare or corporate sectors will be valued. * Candidates residing in CABA will be prioritized due to the hybrid work model. **Conditions** --------------- * Hybrid model: 3 days per week onsite in CABA. * Full-time schedule. * Freelance contract.
