Join our Talent Network **Description** The Solution Implementation Management (SIM) Analyst is primarily responsible for coordinating and assisting with the management and execution of project\-specific activities from beginning to end. This role provides direct support to the SIM Manager and involves managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure successful delivery. **Key Responsibilities** * **Project Setup and Organization:** Establish project folders and templates, creating a systematic approach to project documentation that enhances collaboration and efficiency among team members. * **Smartsheet Management:** Set up and maintain Smartsheet projects, including resource entry and regular updates to project forecasts. Ensure all data is accurately reflected to allow for effective tracking of project progress and resource allocation. * **Material Development and Updates:** Support the creation and updating of essential project materials, including kickoff decks, timeline slides, and onsite guides. Ensure all project stakeholders have the most current information and resources necessary for successful project execution. * **MLR Process Support:** Support the uploading, tagging, and linking of deliverables as per client requirements. Ensure all materials comply with Med‑Legal‑Regulatory (MLR) and Intellectual Property (IP) guidelines to facilitate a smooth review and approval process. * **Vendor \& CWR Financial Management:** Ensure accurate tracking, reconciliation, and procurement support for vendor engagements through coordinated hours validation, invoice quality control, contract administration, and cross‑functional issue resolution. * **Budget Management:** Support the maintenance and tracking of overall budget, utilization, revenue, and forecasts to ensure projects stay within the scoped timeline and budget. * **Team Coordination:** Assist with capturing notes and next steps during weekly updates and, if necessary, meeting recaps for distribution to appropriate team members. * **Logistical Support:** Assist with the coordination and distribution of training preparation materials. * **SOP Documentation:** Lead the development and continuous improvement of templates and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), incorporating lessons learned into standardized process flows. **Required Skills and Qualifications** * **Required:** + Associate's or Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree. + 2\+ years of relevant experience in a client delivery or service company. + Advanced level of English with strong oral and written communication skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). + High\-level project management, organizational, and multitasking skills. + Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail. + Excellent troubleshooting, problem\-solving, quality control, and proofreading abilities. * **Preferred:** + Experience with project management software/programs (e.g., Smartsheet, Toggl). + Background in training and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry.
