




Job Description: We at *Novatium* are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support to end-users. We are looking for candidates with solid experience in first- and second-level support. Requirements: * Proven experience in technical support for end-users. * Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365. * Proficiency in user account creation and deletion using Active Directory. * Remote and on-site support for PCs and laptops. * Printer and peripheral configuration. * Experience with ticketing management tools. * Knowledge of microinformatics. Preferred Qualifications: * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Ability to work autonomously and in an organized manner. Employment Conditions: * Position Type: Permanent. * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. — 9-hour workday, schedule to be determined.
