The person who takes on this role will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, implementing, and closing new projects aimed at continuous improvement. We are seeking profiles capable of making decisions and adapting to changes. **Key responsibilities include:** * Initiate projects by applying cost-benefit analysis when appropriate. * Plan and establish activity schedules and resource allocation to achieve set objectives. * Lead the team in analyzing, developing, monitoring, and implementing new projects. * Monitor and track project status, providing accurate status updates. * Prepare reporting related to project monitoring and closure. **Requirements:** * Minimum tenure of 18 months within the company (mandatory) * No disciplinary sanctions in the last 12 months (mandatory) * Proficiency in tools: Advanced Office, Microsoft Project, Power BI, Jira (desirable). * Intermediate/Advanced level of English. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9h to 18h under a hybrid work model. * Residing in Zona Norte or surrounding areas (desirable)
