You will provide support in the Northern Zone of Greater Buenos Aires (GBA), Pilar. **Schedule:** Shifts may be from 7:00 to 16:00, 8:00 to 17:00, or 9:00 to 18:00. **Work Modality:** Hybrid (specific arrangement to be defined) **Work Location:** Derqui, Pilar. Prior experience providing support for standard or proprietary market applications. Senior Service Desk Specialists. Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM. Experience meeting performance targets (KPIs, SLAs). Basic SQL knowledge. Experience supporting VIP users. Intermediate infrastructure knowledge (Windows, Networking, etc.).
