Proficiency in corporate systems: SAP / Concur, Aconex / SharePoint and Excel (advanced). **Primary Objective of the Position** To provide logistical and administrative support at the MARA site, coordinating comprehensive end-to-end support for project teams and contractors. The role ensures: Timely travel and rotation arrangements, and on-site support for staff and visitors. Responsibility for contractor mobilization and demobilization to site. Accurate flow from service request to payment (scope confirmation PR/PO service entry / GRN invoice approval with Accounts Payable). Up-to-date records of services, costs, contracts, meetings, and KPIs for Project Leaders. Constant coordination with Alumbrera Operations, contractors, Procurement, Contracts and Accounts Payable to meet delivery objectives and compliance. Preparation of agendas, minutes and presentations for workshops/meetings; custody of project knowledge in Aconex / SharePoint. Custody and maintenance of the MARA Project Database and document repositories. Management of minor procurements to support site operations. Support to Site Management for all associated activities and coordination with other areas. **Operational Context** On-site based role (MARA camp), providing daily logistical and administrative support to MARA Project teams and contractors. High interaction environment with Alumbrera Operations, Contractors, Procurement, Contracts and Accounts Payable, under demanding rotation schedules and KPIs. Manages complete processes for travel and rotations, service requests, and invoice/AP flow, ensuring compliance with asset procedures. Maintains and administers the MARA Project Database (Aconex / SharePoint / Excel records), ensuring data integrity, timely reporting, and audit readiness. Operates in a dynamic environment with frequent meetings and workshops, multiple time zones and changing priorities; requires strong planning, follow-up and communication skills. **Control Elements** Planning and Schedules: Site logistics plan (travel / rotations), service request calendar and weekly priorities agreed with Project Leaders; deviation tracking. Policies and Compliance: Adherence to asset procedures, HSE rules / site access, document controls in Contracts and Aconex. Service-to-Payment Control: Complete record from scope confirmation PR/PO service entry invoice receipt AP approval payment. Document Control: Timely distribution, review and closure of minutes in Aconex / SharePoint; version control and traceability for audit. Database Integrity: Single source of information for suppliers and services (site records in Excel / SharePoint), with periodic reconciliations with SAP / AP. **Experience / Skills** Reports to the MARA Site Manager and acts as operational liaison between on-site contractors, technical teams and Glencore LATAM offices. Plans and coordinates site visits and work front follow-ups (including drilling campaigns and other field activities), consolidating logistical and support needs. Daily interaction with contractors regarding schedules, access, operational requirements and document compliance. Coordinates with HSE (inductions, permits, access control, medical fitness) and technical teams (Construction, Technical Services, Geology, etc.) to align priorities and work windows. Works with Community Relations for access and logistics of visitors related to community activities. Uploads and manages documentation in Aconex / SharePoint with version control and traceability. **Key Responsibilities** **Site logistics and rotations:** Plan weekly schedules; book flights, camp/hotel and ground transfers; ensure timely arrivals of personnel, contractors and visitors.**Coordinate meetings, workshops, trainings and professional development** for personnel assigned to the project.**Provide guidance and direction** to other project coordinators or integrators responsible for similar activities (cross-functional workshops, meetings, document control, office administration, technical milestones and functional administration). Ensures overall efficiency of the project administrative team.**Develop and monitor project budgets, programs and milestones**, and others related to administrative support. Provides guidance to assigned administrators in developing work plans. Supervises progress and implements corrective actions as necessary.**Support the On-Site Construction Manager** in achieving project objectives by implementing project control requirements across the capital portfolio.**Ensure effective administrative coordination** between project operational departments and suppliers/contractors along with the supply chain.
