We are looking for a Shopify Full Stack Developer with experience building and customizing stores and applications on Shopify. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in frontend development, in-depth knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem (Liquid, Themes, APIs), and is ready to grow into developing custom apps using React.js and Shopify APIs. Responsibilities * Develop, maintain, and optimize Shopify themes (such as Dawn and other custom themes). * Implement and adapt components using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6\+). * Create and maintain custom applications for Shopify (Admin, Storefront, Checkout extensibility, etc.). * Integrate external systems through Shopify REST and GraphQL APIs. * Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across all devices. * Apply performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, minification, image optimization, etc.). * Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers using Git for version control. * Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous process improvement. Technical Requirements * \+1 year of experience in frontend development for Shopify stores or apps. * Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and JavaScript (ES6\+). * Solid understanding of Liquid, Shopify's templating language. * Experience working with Shopify Themes and advanced customization (sections, snippets, metafields, etc.). * Familiarity with React.js, especially for app and Checkout extension development. * Experience consuming Shopify APIs (REST and GraphQL). * Knowledge of web performance optimization and technical SEO best practices. * Experience with Git and collaborative workflows (branching, PRs, code reviews). Also valued * Backend development experience (Node.js, Express, or similar). * Knowledge of Shopify App Bridge, Polaris, or Hydrogen. * Experience with CI/CD tools or automated deployments. * Interest in UX/UI and continuous improvement of store performance.
