




We are looking for a US Influencer Marketing Manager (Spark Ads, project\-based/part\-time) with proven experience and track record in the US market. You’ll set up and scale TikTok influencer operations, delivering 20\+ videos per month together with creative teams. This is a 2\-month project with the potential for extension/upgrade to a full\-time permanent role. The fee is up to $2000/month. What You Will Do * Source and recruit TikTok creators for UGC and Spark Ads. * Manage negotiations, offers, payments, and documentation. * Collaborate with the creative producer to develop scripts and briefs. * Launch and scale influencer programs. * Prepare and coordinate Spark Ads. * Analyze content performance (CTR, CVR, CPA, CPM, ER, Retention). * Formulate and test creative hypotheses. * Prepare campaign reports and performance analyses. ### **Goals \& Expected Outcomes** Within 2 months: * A fully established TikTok influencer workflow. * Consistent outreach to relevant creators. * Script development for UGC videos together with the creative producer. * Delivery of 20\+ videos monthly for Spark Ads. * Active performance analysis and development of new creative hypotheses. * TikTok becomes an effective acquisition channel. **Requirements** ### **Requirements** * Senior Influencer Marketing Manager / Influencer Lead—experience with TikTok and UGC content specifically in the US market is required. * Experience managing Spark Ads budgets of $100k\+. * Portfolio with cases: UGC video examples, performance stats (video volumes, budgets, results). * Experience with large\-scale outreach and influencer negotiations. * Proven track record launching and scaling influencer programs, especially on TikTok. * Strong analytical skills: content performance and key metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, etc.). * Basic understanding of UGC production: writing scripts, briefs, technical requirements. * Experience preparing Spark Ads and coordinating content approvals with creators. * Confident use of Excel/Google Sheets, Notion, TikTok analytics tools. * Ability to manage contracts, reporting, and payments. * Skill in forming and testing creative hypotheses using data. * Ability to handle negative feedback constructively and resolve conflicts. * Stress resilience, positive mindset, and results orientation. * Team player with willingness to share insights and support colleagues. * Structured and organized work style. * Flexibility and fast reaction to trends and changes. * Zero tolerance for toxicity; strong interpersonal communication skills. * Fluent English and Russian.
