Key Responsibilities:* Coordinate and schedule planned services, shutdowns, and contracts, ensuring technician availability and adherence to timelines. * Support the technical and professional development of the service team, promoting a culture of quality, safety, and customer focus. * Ensure proper technical and documentation closure of completed services. * Validate and register data in systems, ensuring information traceability and quality. * Monitor and improve SLA compliance, operational performance, and department KPIs. * Coordinate with key departments (Supply, Order Handling, Administration, Sales) to align resources and priorities. * Manage backlog and ensure efficient coverage. * Generate management reports and facilitate data-driven decision making. * Represent the team to strategic clients, fostering trust-based relationships and post-service follow-up. * Occasionally participate in field services, providing support in critical or highly complex cases. Language: Proficiency in English is valued Education and Knowledge: You may be either a technician or an engineer: Mechanical and/or electrical background with experience in leadership or coordination roles.
