DK Consultores is currently seeking a Project and Building Maintenance Architect to join a corporate group. **Main responsibilities:** \* Supervise and coordinate building maintenance tasks across various sites of the group. \* Manage and oversee renovation and re-functionalization projects for offices and corporate spaces. \* Participate in the development and monitoring of new construction projects. \* Monitor schedules, budgets, and compliance with quality standards. \* Coordinate contractors and suppliers, ensuring proper progress of construction works. \* Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and site surveys. \* Collaborate with internal departments for space optimization. **Requirements:** \* University degree in Architecture (mandatory). \* Minimum of 2 years of experience in building maintenance, renovation, or construction management. \* Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and knowledge of 3D software (Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD or similar). \* Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). \* Own transportation (mandatory). **Work mode: On-site – Munro, Northern Greater Buenos Aires.** **Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM.** If you meet the requirements, please send your CV along with your salary expectations to seleccion@dkconsultores.com.ar Job type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
