We are seeking a proactive and organized Maintenance Planner to ensure maximum efficiency and equipment availability. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a preventive and predictive maintenance program, as well as coordinating tasks and available resources. We are looking for a graduate or advanced student in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering or related fields, with proven experience in similar roles. Your day at IMSA* Implement and manage Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs to optimize asset reliability. * Efficiently schedule tasks, balancing criticality, equipment availability, and operational constraints. * Analyze maintenance data and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement. * Manage activity records, technical reports, and warranty documentation. * Coordinate with the warehouse and area leader the acquisition and management of critical spare parts and materials. * Plan and coordinate with suppliers the execution of Facilities projects during plant shutdowns. Requirements:* Graduate or advanced student in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering or related fields. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical areas within the pharmaceutical, veterinary or related industries. * Experience in planning plant shutdowns. * Knowledge of GMP or similar standards and regulations. * Previous experience with preventive maintenance management systems (INFOR / Fracttal / SAP) will be valued. * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency.
