We invite you to go beyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth, while valuing your unique contributions. **Join our team as an Accounts Payable Analyst****!** **Your mission and responsibilities:** * Follow up on invoices sent by suppliers via email. * Review supplier data, amount, currency, attached documentation, tax codes, purchase order, and all other necessary details for invoice posting. * Post supplier invoices (third parties and foreign trade). Record and monitor daily accounting transactions in SAP accurately and timely. * Cooperate with the payments and banking management team. * Perform month-end closing activities related to accounts payable. * Track temporary ledger entries. * Participate and collaborate in new projects. * Ensure full compliance with processes, statutory and corporate policies, and audit requirements. **Your attributes and skills:** * University student or graduate with at least 2 years of experience in similar roles preferred. * Proficiency in English. * Administrative knowledge. * Proficient in Office Suite (mandatory), advanced SAP knowledge preferred. * Dynamic, proactive, self\-initiated, and service\-oriented attitude. * Flexibility and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment. * Strong communication skills across different channels. * Prior experience with the following tools is valued (Tungsten, Readsoft, Acepta, Carbajal, IOS, Next Gen, Spider, Orbian) (not mandatory). **Our global team:** We are a team of 71,000 highly dedicated employees in over 70 countries passionately pushing the boundaries of what's possible in healthcare to help improve lives worldwide.
