We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join the \#BePatagonian team **What will be your challenge?** You will be the one connecting business needs with the Data technical team (Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and DataViz). Therefore, we are looking for someone capable of understanding the need, translating it, prioritizing it, and supporting it through implementation, with sound judgment, planning, and strong technical clarity. **Responsibilities:** * Gather, analyze, and specify business requirements, transforming them into user stories and functional specifications for the technical team. * Translate strategic objectives into clear data requirements, actionable KPIs, and functional designs of Data Products. * Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations and apply advanced negotiation principles to align priorities between business and technical teams. * Workflow Management: Participate in project prioritization and planning. **Requirements:** * Senior profile with minimum 5 years of solid experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, or similar roles. * Technical knowledge in BI, including: Power BI (basic modeling, dashboard creation, and intermediate DAX). SQL (queries, joins, data validation). Concepts of relational and dimensional data modeling. * Experience in defining and developing KPIs and dashboards. * Excellent soft skills in communication, business acumen to understand needs, and ability to define a roadmap. * Initiative to propose improvements in data processes. * Strategic vision, and ability to simplify and communicate data value to executive levels.
