Location: Santa Cruz, AR Date: Oct 3, 2025 **DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER – UNDERGROUND MINE** We are looking to hire a **Development Engineer** to assist in executing the development plan for our operating underground mines, providing direct support to the area manager. **Main Responsibilities:** * Participate in the preparation of the **monthly mining plan** * Conduct **inspections** and assist in monitoring **safety plans** * Monitor daily **execution standards** for development tasks * Prepare **drilling diagrams for development headings** * Provide support in implementing **drainage and ventilation plans** * Ensure necessary infrastructure for mine development: * + Industrial water + Compressed air + Emergency exits + Refuge chamber installation **Requirements:** * Degree in **Mining Engineering** * Minimum of **4 years of experience** in underground mining * Knowledge of **Datamine**, **mine ventilation**, and advanced **Excel** skills **Preferred Competencies:** * Analytical ability * Strong interpersonal skills * Results-oriented * Teamwork **Employment Conditions:** This position requires **residence in Puerto San Julián, Santa Cruz** (mandatory).
