We are looking for professionals capable of thriving in an environment of digital evolution and innovation. **Your role will be:** Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of assigned cells to guarantee network availability levels in the responsible area (AMBA SEF). **Your main challenges will be:** * Perform planned preventive maintenance tasks and corrective actions arising in the assigned radio base stations. * Work closely with contractors supporting operations, providing guidance and follow-up. * Ensure that civil maintenance tasks are carried out according to the current contract and guarantee their quality. * Supervise construction works and installations performed at the sites under responsibility. * Participate in the acceptance/receipt of all work completed by contractor companies at the assigned sites. **What we need from you:** * Completed or advanced studies in engineering, electronics, electromechanics, telecommunications. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the telecommunications industry. * Experience in solving technical issues of electrical, microwave, fiber optics, RF, etc. origin. * Knowledge in handling basic telecommunications instruments. * Proficiency in Office, particularly Excel. * Technical English proficiency. * Familiarity with various telecommunications software. * Valid driver's license up to date. * Availability to perform passive on-call duties and to work weekends and holidays on a rotational basis. * Simplicity in your way of thinking and acting. * Service vocation. **The position is based in: CABA
