###### **Job Description** * Design and execute commercial strategies to achieve the sales targets defined by the Company. * Actively promote the range of products, services, and solutions offered by Petrosurco YPF Agro, strengthening brand positioning and commercial development within the assigned territory. * Manage business relationships with current and potential clients, providing close technical\-commercial advisory and customized solutions. * Plan, lead and/or participate in commercial visits, ensuring personalized and continuous follow-up. * Coordinate with the logistics department for the efficient delivery of products and services. * Monitor the commercial documentation for each transaction, ensuring its correct delivery and registration for invoicing, collection, and exchange operations. * Keep the database of current and potential clients updated, identifying growth opportunities within the region. * Use the CRM system defined by the Company for all daily commercial activities. * Attend strategic training sessions and represent the Company at meetings, events, or relevant business activities. ###### **Requirements** * Proven experience in sales roles within the industry (mandatory). * Graduates in Agronomy, Agribusiness Technology, or related fields (desirable). * Availability to travel. * Strong sales skills. * Knowledge of management systems (CRM). * Residence in La Pampa or neighboring areas (desirable). ##### **About Us** A renowned business group focused on delivering comprehensive solutions to customers through the sale of leading brands and personalized professional advice across multiple sales locations, is seeking an Input Salesperson to join its team.
