We have over 50 years of experience in the labor market. Currently, we are seeking a QUALITY ANALYST to work at an important food company located in SAN FERNANDO. Main responsibilities: * Overall quality standards control at the plant * Temperature and hygiene control of own and external transportation * Knowledge and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and the HACCP system or controls required at CCPs and/or PRPs * Raw materials reception control * Sanitizing solution control for vegetables * Modified atmosphere control in packaging machines * Issuing claims to suppliers * Process temperature control: includes cold equipment such as chambers, refrigerators, and freezers; areas, and cooking temperatures * Finished product control: performed by randomly sampling products from the dispatch chamber * Controls in dispatch chambers, raw material chambers, or production: to verify the need for reprocessing, seizure, or return of any product or raw material * Hygiene and organization checks to verify operations carried out by plant and cleaning personnel * Environmental controls, surface and hand swabbing * Preparation of samples for potential internal and external customers, as well as for regular customers * Coordination and reporting of samples for new developments * Internal audits * Sampling of raw materials, finished products, or semi-finished products for laboratory analysis Requirements: * University student currently studying or recently graduated.
