A professional with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in payroll processing. Advanced student or graduate of Labor Relations, Human Resources, or Public Accounting. **Key Responsibilities:** Processing payroll in VISMA (monthly payroll and daily-wage employees, both unionized and non-unionized). Entering personnel updates. Preparing union pay slips and Form F931. Calculating final settlements upon resignation or termination, as required by clients. Monitoring income tax (Category IV). Requirements Experience in processing daily-wage payroll (preferably in the wine and vineyard sector). Basic knowledge of Category IV income tax and social security contributions (LSD ARCA). Experience with the VISMA system (desirable).
