




An international logistics and transportation company specializing in foreign trade has an opening for its Customer Service and Operations team. If you have experience in foreign trade within freight forwarder companies or similar organizations, and wish to join a growing company with a dynamic and demanding team, we would like to meet you. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or International Commerce (graduates welcome) * Minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry (exporters, shipping lines, freight forwarders) * Preferably with experience in ocean shipments and handling perishable food products. * Attitude, proactivity, and teamwork are essential for this position. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for internal stakeholders, as well as for customers and suppliers. * Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written. * Familiarity with computer-based tools. Responsibilities: * Manage and ensure end-to-end service delivery. * Supervise all shipments under your responsibility and guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction. * Understand clients’ logistics requirements, execute operational tasks, and promptly and effectively provide solutions to challenges and issues. * Coordinate domestic and international land-based operations. * Manage documentation for customers, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
