**Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled **Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer** to join our Platform Security Engineering team. The IAM Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions that ensure secure and efficient access to systems and applications across the organization. This role also involves leveraging **AI\-driven automation and analytics** to enhance identity governance and streamline access management processes.**Key Responsibilities:*** Implement and manage IAM solutions to enforce identity governance and access control policies. * Configure and maintain identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de\-provisioning, and access reviews. * Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications, directories, and cloud platforms. * Develop and maintain role\-based access control (RBAC), attribute\-based access control (ABAC), and least privilege models. * Utilize **AI and automation tools** to improve identity workflows, anomaly detection, and compliance reporting. * Support projects by deploying IAM processes and integrations, documenting workflows, and executing engineering tasks. * Perform engineering tasks such as configurations, policy setup, reporting, platform upgrades, and troubleshooting. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure IAM solutions meet security, compliance, and business requirements. * Provide training and support to IT staff and end\-users on IAM best practices and usage. **Qualifications:*** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 3\+ years in IAM engineering or related security roles. **Technical Skills:*** Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle, authentication, authorization, and governance. * Experience with IAM tools and technologies (e.g., Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID). * Familiarity with on\-prem and cloud identity management best practices. * Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell). * Knowledge of protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP. * Exposure to **AI\-based identity analytics and automation frameworks** is a plus. **Soft Skills \& Team Culture:*** Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross\-functional teams. * Ability to adapt in a fast\-paced environment and embrace continuous learning. * Problem\-solving mindset with attention to detail and proactive approach. * Commitment to fostering an inclusive, innovative, and team\-oriented culture.
