Key tasks and responsibilities include: * **Customer Service** * **Receiving equipment entering the technical service department** * **Inspecting malfunctions, diagnosing issues, preparing estimates, and performing repairs as needed** * **Returning repaired equipment or handling returns** * **On-site Technical Service** * **Preparing on-site technical service invoices** * **Reporting product failures, quality issues, and other findings to the engineering department** Requirements: * Electromechanical Technician * PLC knowledge * Experience in technical repairs * Knowledge and experience in combustion will be valued * Must reside in the northern zone * Valid driver's license * Availability for overtime or occasional trips within the country Workplace: Martinez - Northern GBA Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM - with possibility of weekend work or short trips within the country Position type: Full-time Work format: On-site position
