You will be responsible for driving profitability, differentiation, efficiency and customer experience through data analysis, product management, financial analysis and project coordination. Key Responsibilities: * Product and Profitability Management: + Manage installment plan agreement rates. + Propose and coordinate improvements and/or new features that enhance customer experience. + Coordinate with Systems teams on developing solutions and features that increase product profitability. + Define Product Strategy and Roadmap. * Financial Management: + Manage financial budget and conduct monthly follow-up with Finance teams. + Identify profitability and efficiency opportunities in the product P\&L. + Analyze spreads across different products to improve profitability. + Strengthen relationships with brands to secure better deals. * Market and Trends Analysis: + Identify new opportunities in the payments, services and transfers market. + Analyze competitors and industry best practices. + Research customer needs and behaviors. Requirements: * Graduated professionals from banking-related fields: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance (Required). * Experience in financial analysis, budgeting and P\&L tracking. * Knowledge of Teradata (Required), Adobe and MicroStrategy. * Experience managing interdisciplinary teams. * Analytical profile with strong creative and innovative capabilities. * Skills in decision-making, negotiation and persuasion. * Strategic thinking and excellent interpersonal skills. * Proactive attitude with collaborative and disruptive focus. **Skills:** Analytics, Banking, Negotiation
