No matter where you are located, you will join a dedicated, creative, and diverse community that will help you discover your fullest potential. **Responsibilities** * Define and own long\-term technical strategies while establishing the overarching vision for platform scaling and innovation * Shape, communicate, and oversee a roadmap for React migration alongside technical growth initiatives * Conduct research on emerging technologies to assess their influence on automotive software performance * Design a scalable and future\-proof platform to support seamless and robust integrations * Direct the transition from Stencil Web Components to a React\-centered framework built on industry standards * Provide mentorship to senior engineers, driving best practices and resolving development challenges * Align and optimize Manifest v3 implementation strategies with React principles for scalable systems * Implement state management strategies such as Redux Toolkit/Zustand to maintain system stability and functionality * Work collaboratively with executive and product leadership to harmonize technical goals with broader organizational priorities * Manage milestones for MVP completion while ensuring timely delivery of key features and initiatives * Prototype and assess innovative technical solutions to establish the platform’s leadership in integrations and emerging technologies * Design extensible APIs and robust system architectures for effective third\-party integrations across the growing ecosystem * Lead the development of context\-aware systems and user recommendation capabilities with scalability in focus * Guide the creation of high\-throughput messaging systems to maintain seamless communication across platform layers * Define, enforce, and enhance industry\-leading development workflows, alongside the creation of reusable libraries to boost systemic efficiency **Requirements** * 7\+ years of competency in React, with a proven ability to design and implement transformative\-scale solutions * 2\+ years in leadership roles (team size up to 10 FTEs) * Background in architecting scalable and high\-speed frontend frameworks for enterprise solutions * Qualifications in Manifest v3, advanced Chrome Extension architecture, and handling system complexity * Expertise in browser\-specific APIs such as Tabs, Side Panel, and Storage, optimized for extension\-scale applications * Showcase of cross\-context messaging workflows utilizing service workers, content scripts, and browser communication protocols * Skills in frontend performance tuning and scaling tailored to browser extension deployment environments * Capability to foster iterative workflows and prioritize critical functionality within tight, dynamic timelines * Understanding of interdepartmental collaboration to ensure unity between technical strategies and business goals * Proficiency in adapting to high\-paced environments and achieving success under shifting priorities * Proficiency in English at an Advanced level (C1\) with strong communication skills **Nice to have** * Understanding of stencil.js **We offer** * Connectivity Bonus (25,000 ARS are paid with a salary receipt at the end of each month as a non\-wages concept). * Medicina Prepaga (It covers the collaborator and direct family group). * Paternity Leave (Two additional days are added to what is established by law, total of 4 days). * Discounts card. * English Training (English lessons, twice per week). * Training Program (Access to multiple customized training plans according to the needs of each role within the company). * Marriage bonus (The company doubles the allowance established by law that ANSES offers). * Referral Program (Referral bonus is paid when the referral of a collaborator joins the Company). * External Agreements and Discounts. * Vacations: 14 calendar days a year *By applying to our role, you are agreeing that your personal data may be used as in set out in EPAM´s Privacy Notice and Policy.*
