**Dashboarding Sr. Analyst** The Dashboarding Sr. Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Analytics team in creating dashboards and data visualizations that enable business understanding and strategic decision-making. This role contributes to the organization by transforming data into valuable information, identifying improvement opportunities, and proposing optimizations that drive efficiency and business performance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools such as Qlik Sense and Microsoft Power BI. * Analyze and visualize data to identify trends, key metrics, and improvement opportunities. * Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective analytical solutions. * Propose improvements and optimizations in data analysis processes and tools. * Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of data used in dashboards. * Present insights and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis and dashboard creation. * Technical skills in tools such as SQL, and in data transformation and loading from various sources, understanding relationships between different data sets. * Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense and Microsoft Power BI. * Skills in data analysis and generation of strategic insights. * Excellent communication skills to interact with business teams and present results. **Key Competencies:** * Analytical thinking and problem-solving. * Ability to work in teams and communicate effectively. * Attention to detail and work precision. * Ability to work in teams and collaborate with different business areas. * Proactivity and ability to propose innovative solutions.
