About the job **About the role:** At Danone, we are seeking a Performance Engineer with an on-site presence at our Longchamps plant, to work as a team toward our purpose: delivering health through food and beverages to as many people as possible, while caring for the planet. **Your main responsibilities are:** ✔ Ensure the implementation of Dan\-IWS (Danone Group's Integrated Work System based on LEAN MANUFACTURING) on assigned production lines. ✔ Train plant leaders in the implementation of Dan\-IWS. ✔ Train plant leadership teams who will be responsible for deploying this methodology across each production line using the RTT (Run\-TO\-Target) format. ✔ Train line leadership teams so they can train their own team members to achieve results (Train\-the\-trainers). ✔ Train owners of different line components so they master the respective parts of the production line, as well as the associated work processes. About you **About you:** ✔ Academic background: Graduates or advanced students in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
