Job Description: * For a leading AGRO company in the city of Rosario, we are seeking: Project Manager \- SAP Be part of a team leading the transformation and digitization of internal and external services, working with agile methodologies and cutting-edge technologies WHAT CHALLENGES AWAIT YOU? * Estimate time and resources required for project development * Define budgets and maximize their performance * Lead and manage assigned projects * Establish each project's plan, monitoring progress and tracking deviations * Know your work team, motivating its members, identifying training/coaching needs, and resolving potential conflicts * Collaborate with functional analysts in interpreting and understanding requirements * Ensure implementation of products or services according to agreed scope to achieve customer satisfaction * Involve users or clients when necessary, negotiating commitments with them * Ensure compliance with processes defined by the quality department * Monitor each project phase and milestone, tracking time, costs, quality, and risks WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? * 5 or more years managing IT projects, preferably SAP * Degree in Computer Science or related fields * Specialization in Project Management * Experience with agile methodologies.
