Our **designs** span solutions across multiple platforms: mobile, web, and even self-service kiosks. We collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, delivering impact across diverse customer segments. **What do we value?** That you are passionate about your work, value continuous learning, and foster a collaborative work environment where sharing and feedback on enriching work experiences prevail. **In addition, the following will be considered advantageous:** * University degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Social Sciences, or related field. * Experience organizing UX initiatives in a corporate environment (experience in large companies is desirable). * Experience in leadership and/or project management. * Strong strategic mindset, ability to understand business needs, and direct interaction with internal and external clients. * Solid understanding of UX objectives and mastery of UX-related practices. * Strong theoretical and practical foundation in design thinking, interaction design, service design, user research, or related disciplines. * Creative spirit and analytical mind. * Ability to communicate effectively. * Advanced English proficiency, both oral and written. * Knowledge of agile methodologies. **If you meet the requirements and are eager for new challenges, send us your CV!**
