Today, we’re looking for a **Product Designer Expert** to join our **IT & Product** team and lead high-impact experiences within our digital ecosystem. The role’s objective is to define the product experience vision, elevate design quality across the organization, and lead strategic initiatives that directly impact business growth. This is a **full-time hybrid position** (approximately 2 days per week on-site at our offices in **Florida, Vicente López**). **What will you do day-to-day?** * Lead end\-to\-end design processes in high-impact strategic initiatives. * Define standards, best practices, and elevate the design craft within the team. * Translate complex business challenges into clear, simple, and scalable experiences. * Design complex flows related to financial products (investments, onboarding, operations, etc.). * Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and key stakeholders to define roadmaps and prioritization. * Lead user research (discovery, testing, interviews, quantitative and qualitative analysis). * Make data-driven decisions based on product metrics and experimentation (A/B testing, hypotheses, iterations). * Evolve and govern the Design System to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability. * Mentor other designers on the team and support their professional development. * Champion a user-centered culture across the entire organization. * Integrate AI tools into the design workflow to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and iteration—and design interfaces and flows incorporating AI capabilities. **What do we expect from you?** * Over 4 years of UX/UI design experience, leading product initiatives. * Experience designing complex digital products (ideally fintech, banking, or transactional products). * Mastery of Figma (advanced componentization, auto\-layout, design systems, advanced prototyping). * Experience working with product metrics, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making. * Experience working in startups or high-speed, ambiguous environments. * Strategic mindset and strong product thinking. * Experience integrating AI tools into the design process (Figma Make, AI-assisted UI generation, prompt-based prototyping).
