




Job Summary: Edelman is seeking a strategic Digital Lead for Argentina, responsible for leading digital direction and work quality across key accounts, integrating digital perspectives from the briefing stage and developing multichannel strategies. We have a new opportunity to join Edelman Argentina as **Digital Lead**! We currently operate under a hybrid model, with 3 days per week in-office and 2 days remote. Our office is located in Palermo, Buenos Aires. **Below you’ll find the role scope and required qualifications.** **Responsibilities**: * Lead strategic direction and digital work quality across Argentina’s key accounts; * Ensure digital perspective is integrated from the briefing stage and embedded in strategic definition—not just execution; * Develop integrated digital strategies (social, content, influencer, paid amplification) across earned, owned, and paid ecosystems; * Serve as the senior digital point of contact for clients and internal teams; * Collaborate closely with Strategy, Creative, and DxI to translate cultural insights into digital ecosystems and platform-first proposals; * Oversee execution of multichannel digital campaigns, ensuring creative excellence and alignment with agency standards; * Act as guardian of narrative consistency across earned, owned, and paid channels, ensuring reputational and message consistency; * Define KPIs and measurement frameworks, ensuring performance tracking, optimization, and continuous learning; * Identify digital growth opportunities within existing accounts and proactively propose new initiatives; * Mentor and build the local team’s digital capabilities. **Requirements**: * 8+ years of experience in digital marketing or integrated communications (agency experience preferred); * Experience leading digital strategies across social, content, and paid media ecosystems; * Ability to strategically influence from briefing through implementation; * Experience managing relationships with senior clients; * Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, social platforms, and media; * Experience ensuring narrative consistency across earned, owned, and paid environments; * Ability to connect digital initiatives to business objectives and measurable KPIs; * Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams; * Fluent Spanish and professional English; Strategic profile with ability to implement standards, processes, and digital best practices. * **Preferred**: * Experience in integrated PR + Digital models; * Knowledge of the influencer and creator ecosystem; * Experience participating in pitches and new business development; * Familiarity with AI tools applied to content, automation, or digital processes.
