Support in personnel selection and results analysis A leading service company located in Vicente López is currently seeking a Junior/Senior Talent Training and Development Analyst for a hybrid work model to join our Human Resources team. Main Responsibilities: Implementation and follow-up of training plans and programs. Supplier management, billing, and payment tracking. Updating organizational charts and job descriptions. Performance evaluation follow-up, including data entry, leader support, and results analysis. Measuring outcomes and impact of development initiatives through KPI implementation. Support in personnel selection during hiring openings and mass interviews. Preferred Qualifications: Student or graduate in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related fields. Prior experience in similar positions (mandatory). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint (mandatory). Hybrid, full-time employment.
