Position Summary: We are seeking a Trade Marketing Analyst to execute and enhance brand experience at points of sale, developing POP materials, managing implementations, and collaborating on tactical initiatives. Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and deadline adherence Our Goals \- Your Path We seek a **Trade Marketing Analyst** focused on execution, customer engagement, and continuous improvement of brand experience at points of sale. Responsibilities include: * Developing **POP materials and signage**: brochures, wayfinding, displays, and customized pieces for distributors. * Managing and coordinating **in-store implementations (PDV)** (convincing, negotiating, training, and ensuring brand presence). * Collaborating with suppliers, designers, and distributors to ensure correct installation. * Preparing **clear and professional presentations.** * Collaborating with the team on tactical initiatives to boost visibility and turnover. Your Experience \- Our Strengths * \+2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, commercial execution, or related fields. * Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines. * Energetic profile with initiative and **preference for fieldwork**, not exclusively digital. * Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and **Power BI / Canva.** * Profile with strong **attention to detail**, follow-up, organization, and deadline adherence. * Balance between numerical/analytical capabilities. * Ability to present commercial proposals and results. * Excellent communication, persuasion skills, and distributor relationship management. **What We Value** * Proactivity and autonomy. * Organization, follow-up, and focus on execution. * Commercial acumen and customer orientation.
