At **FyG Consultoría**, we are supporting a fast-expanding startup in its search for a Maintenance Assistant, with a focus on control, planning, and comprehensive tracking of units. ### **Role Objective** Provide operational support to the Maintenance Department, ensuring accurate registration, control, and tracking of scheduled services, repairs, and unit movements, guaranteeing information order and traceability. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate with external workshops regarding repairs, scheduled services, and special jobs. * Record unit entry and exit from the workshop, specifying dates, type of work, and unit status. * Track job progress and communicate delays, updates, or needs to the department head. * Maintain up-to-date records of completed services and plan upcoming preventive maintenance. * Assist in verifying the overall condition of units, as well as controlling technical documentation. * Support vehicle reception, delivery, and transfer when required. * Ensure clear and organized communication among maintenance, workshops, and internal departments. ### **Competencies We Seek** * Responsibility, commitment, and proactive attitude. * Support vehicle reception, delivery, and transfer when required. * Organizational ability, orderliness, and detailed tracking skills. * Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication. * Flexibility and willingness to perform operational tasks. ### **Requirements and Preferred Knowledge** * Basic knowledge of mechanics, maintenance, or related fields (preferred). * Proficiency in spreadsheets and basic computer tools. ### **Work Modality and Location** **100% in-person** — Munro, Northern Zone.
