High exposure to leadership and participation in strategic decision-making #### **We are looking for someone to lead the technological transformation of a startup with real-world impact.** At FYG, we are supporting a key search for a **Tech Leader** to **lead the technological transformation of a rapidly growing startup.** The company already has a proven business model, strong market traction, and a clear vision: to scale efficiently, inclusively, and through technology. Today, its main challenge is to make a qualitative leap in its IT ecosystem—shifting from point solutions to an integrated, strategic, and scalable architecture. ##### **What will be your purpose?** Design, coordinate, and implement a technology strategy that enables the efficient and long-term scaling of key business processes. This role will be responsible for mapping the current ecosystem, leading decisions on tools and vendors, and serving as the reference point to align technology with the company’s evolution. ##### **Key Responsibilities** * Audit and map the current tech stack: internal tools, integrated systems, automations, and bottlenecks. * Design a scalable solution architecture to support business growth and increasing complexity. * Coordinate and evaluate technology vendors, defining selection criteria and scope. * Document current and future technology processes, including integrations and critical dependencies. * Establish a technology roadmap by vertical (driver app, lending software, collections, ERP/Finnegans, chatbot, etc.). * Implement improvements and automations hands-on (low-code, scripts, APIs). * Support the organizational design of the IT area and define when to scale with internal teams versus specialized consultants. * Act as a strategic liaison between technology, business, and operational areas. ##### **Which projects will you lead or contribute to?** * Collections automation and banking integrations * Implementation of financial software for lending * Integration with Finnegans (ERP) for procurement, invoicing, and operational data * Development of a driver app and enhancements to the customer service chatbot * Data consolidation and migration of processes currently managed in Google Sheets * Evaluation of banking APIs and automation platforms ##### **Profile We Are Seeking** * Prior experience as a Solution Architect, Tech Lead, or similar role—preferably within a startup environment. * Degree holder or nearing graduation in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields. * Architecture and scalable solution design mindset (ideally with focus on SaaS, Fintech, mobility, or real economy sectors). * Experience in process automation, integration design, API architecture, and technology tool selection. * Hands-on skills in automation, scripting, and low-code/no-code platforms. * Ability to coordinate external vendors and lead strategic conversations with business stakeholders. * Product mindset, systemic thinking, and focus on impact. ##### **What We Value** * Strategic thinking combined with practical execution. * Passion for efficiency, inclusion, and tangible impact. * Enthusiasm for building from scratch and leaving a mark on an expanding project. * Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to lead transformation. ##### **Growth Opportunities** * **In-house** position * Initial stages focused on **audit and design**, with potential to evolve into a permanent technology leadership role. * High exposure to the leadership team and participation in strategic decision-making.
