At Grupo Medihome, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant with experience in healthcare or service companies (preferred) to join our Human Resources team at our headquarters located in La Plata. We are targeting candidates residing in the city who have experience in administrative and secretarial tasks. Main Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks: Administration and management of institutional documentation for headquarters and branches. Tracking of ministerial authorizations and procedures before health agencies. Monitoring and updating of institutional powers of attorney and their expiration dates. Management and procurement of institutional merchandise. Uploading and tracking of documentation on PAMI platforms.
