Medical care, clinical diagnoses, or rehabilitation treatments. Ongoing supervision during self-directed online training sessions. Guaranteed results without adherence to the proposed training plan. Unplanned open group classes. Access to gyms, sports facilities, or specific equipment, which remain the student’s responsibility. The service focuses exclusively on physical training planning and guidance, respecting corresponding professional boundaries. - Additional Information: The service is delivered in both in-person and online formats, with routines individually designed according to each person’s goals, fitness level, and availability. Training plans are delivered with clear instructions and a progressive structure, prioritizing safe and adapted training. Adherence to the proposed plan is the student’s responsibility. It is recommended to obtain medical clearance or physical fitness approval before beginning any training program. In case of discomfort, pain, or injury, training must be adjusted or suspended as appropriate. Results depend on commitment, consistency, and adherence to the provided instructions.
