Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, service-oriented professional to lead Human Capital at our production plant, managing the full employee lifecycle and workplace climate. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on recruitment, administration, training, and labor relations We seek a proactive candidate with strong internal service orientation to lead the Human Capital area at our flexible packaging production plant. The role’s mission is to manage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive workplace climate and compliance with current regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * **Recruitment and Selection:** End-to-end management of vacancies for operational roles (extrusion, printing, laminating) and administrative positions. * **Personnel Administration:** Absenteeism monitoring, leave tracking, ART (Workers’ Compensation Insurance), and PPE distribution. * **Payroll Processing:** Liaison with accounting firm for data entry and payroll verification (Plastics Collective Bargaining Agreement or similar). * **Labor Relations:** Employee inquiries handling and conflict mediation. * **Training:** Coordination of onboarding programs and safety and hygiene training. * **Organizational Culture:** Implementation of initiatives to improve workplace climate and internal communication. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in similar roles, preferably within **industrial plants or manufacturing companies**. * **Knowledge:** Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with management systems (ERP). Familiarity with the Labor Contract Law. * **Competencies:** Empathy, problem-solving ability, autonomy, and excellent communication skills.
