At Central de Sabores, we are professionalizing our Human Capital team and seeking an ADP Analyst for our plant in Villa de Mayo. Your role will be fundamental in ensuring administrative order and accuracy in managing our people. What will your challenges be? Document Management: Employee onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, and comprehensive personnel file maintenance. Payroll Processing: Entering payroll updates (overtime hours, leaves, absences) and reviewing in-house pre-payroll calculations. Absence Control: Daily tracking and management of medical certificates and ART documentation. Employee Support: Responding to inquiries regarding pay slips, collective bargaining agreements, and benefits. Uniforms and PPE Management: Ensuring delivery and maintaining inventory for the operations team. What are we looking for? Education: Students or graduates in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar personnel administration roles (Mandatory). Knowledge: Solid expertise in payroll processing and current labor legislation. Tools: Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency).
