Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial & Operational Consultant to manage SMB channel operations and commercial development, ensuring agile customer service and full-cycle commercial process support. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of SMB channel operations and commercial development 2. Agile customer service and end-to-end support throughout the commercial process 3. Identification of commercial opportunities and incident resolution We are currently looking for a Commercial & Operational Consultant to join our team under an initial 3-month contract, with potential extension based on performance. What will be your mission? You will be responsible for end-to-end management of SMB channel operations and commercial development, ensuring agile customer service and full-cycle commercial process support from start to finish. Main Responsibilities: - Customer service via multiple channels (email, WhatsApp, CRM). - Quotation tracking and end-to-end commercial process management. - Customer outreach and activation of new accounts. - Incident management and operational support. - Data entry and tracking in internal tools. - Report generation and performance analysis. - Collaborative work with internal teams to resolve cases. - Identification of commercial opportunities. What profile are we looking for? - Commercial profile with results orientation. - Experience in customer service and/or sales. - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong written communication skills. - Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. - CRM experience (preferred: Salesforce). - Proactivity, autonomy, and focus on continuous improvement.
