Orders arrive via the Rappi APP; therefore, the personal shopper must prepare each order while adhering to specific quality guidelines and objectives. - Virtual customer contact to inform about out-of-stock items, special store promotions, and relevant order information (e.g., delivery times, order status, etc.). - Purchase payment using a corporate card. Purchases are paid via the company’s corporate card, and receipts are submitted through the APP at the time of purchase. - Order preparation following required standards. - Handover of the completed order to the Rappi merchant.
