Key Challenges and Responsibilities Leadership and Team Management: Lead the branch team, driving performance across key areas to meet objectives: Motorcycle Sales (wholesale and retail), Parts Sales (wholesale and retail), and Workshop (Service Sales). Monitoring and Targets: Conduct daily monitoring and tracking of company- and brand-established sales targets. Brand Compliance: Supervise and guarantee strict adherence to Brand Manuals and Standards (sales, after-sales, and visual identity). You must ensure strong results in periodic audits and mystery shopper evaluations to obtain ratings and financial benefits. Operations and Customers: Supervise branch opening and closing procedures; manage strategic customers (typically wholesale clients); support development of the resale portfolio; handle complaints; and ensure customer satisfaction. Profile Requirements Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar roles. Education: Advanced university or tertiary student or graduate, preferably in Business Administration. IT Skills: Proficiency in Tango System and CRM (not mandatory).
