We seek an Inside Sales professional passionate about sales and possessing strong oral and written communication skills, ability to quickly learn new technological platforms, negotiation skills, and customer orientation to carry out telephone sales of the company’s products, inform clients about new products or campaigns, and prospect new clients. · Key Responsibilities: Contact prospective or existing clients to inform them about our products and services. Respond accurately and professionally to questions regarding products or the company. Ask questions to understand clients’ specific requirements and close sales. Refer prospective clients to the external sales team when necessary for more personalized support. Input and update client information in our database. Proactively work to meet and exceed established sales quotas. Maintain effective communication with other departments to facilitate the sales process. · Who Are We Looking For? · Prior experience in B2B sales. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Results-oriented mindset and capacity to achieve sales targets. Strong organizational and time management skills. Basic knowledge of computer tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
