




Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Manager with experience in quality and food safety management to lead and implement quality policies and supervise traceability processes. QUALITY MANAGER This search targets nutritionists, food technologists, technicians, food science graduates or engineers, with at least two years of prior experience in similar positions. Daily responsibilities include: Implementing quality policies. Supervising and leading compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Monitoring and auditing traceability processes. Leading the implementation of corrective action plans arising from internal and external audits. Leading the quality team. Supervising pest control services and equipment maintenance. Representing the company during external audits and customer or prospective customer visits. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. One afternoon per week on a rotating schedule. Work location: Greater Buenos Aires (GBA), northern zone. Candidates must demonstrate strong commitment to quality and food safety management, as well as experience with quality management systems (GMP, POES, HACCP, ISO). A methodical and organized profile, with keen attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and results-oriented mindset—ensuring compliance with food industry regulations and procedures—is highly valued.
