For a well-established industrial company located in the interior of Santa Fe Province, we are seeking a Digital Transformation Manager. Role Mission: Strategically lead the Systems area, aligning technology, processes, and business. Support the company’s technological evolution through implementation of digital solutions, adoption of Artificial Intelligence applied to integrated management, and development of initiatives related to Industry 4.0. Full-time position – On-site / Hybrid mode Location: Interior of Santa Fe Province Main Responsibilities: ️ Lead and comprehensively manage the Systems area, defining technology strategy, priorities, and action plans. ️ Lead implementation and evolution of the corporate ERP, ensuring adoption, stability, and continuous improvement. ️ Provide comprehensive support to all business areas, reinforcing IT’s role as a strategic business partner. ️ Define operational plans, management indicators (KPIs), and departmental operating standards. ️ Coordinate teams of specialists. ️ Manage technology vendors and strategic partnerships. ️ Actively participate in the executive committee and the company’s strategic planning. ️ Drive process improvement and organizational change management. ️ Promote adoption of Industry 4.0–related technologies, including Artificial Intelligence applied to management processes, data analytics, and production environments. Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience leading Systems / IT departments. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Bachelor’s degree, or related field. Experience leading teams. Proven leadership in ERP implementation. Experience in industrial or production environments; participation in AI-driven management and operations projects will be valued. Knowledge of infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and data management. Management, planning, organization, and KPI-based monitoring capabilities. Intermediate English proficiency.
